Lorna Hajdini has worked at JPMorgan Chase for nearly 15 years and currently serves as Executive Director in its leveraged finance division. She graduated from NYU Stern School of Business and also attended executive education at Harvard Business School. Over her career, she has handled sectors such as retail, healthcare, logistics, and defence.
How the Alleged Abuse Began?

According to the lawsuit, the alleged misconduct began in the spring of 2024 after the two started working together. The victim claimed that Hajdini initially made inappropriate physical contact at the workplace. In one instance, she allegedly dropped her pen near his desk and, while picking it up, touched his leg and made explicit remarks. These actions, the lawsuit states, marked the beginning of repeated unwanted advances.

The situation reportedly escalated quickly, with Hajdini allegedly inviting the victim for drinks and issuing threats when he refused. The lawsuit includes explicit statements attributed to her:
“If you don’t f**k me soon, I’m going to ruin you, never forget, I f**king own you.”
In another instance, she allegedly said:
“I f**king own you! I will make you pay. Do you think you’re going to be in good standing if you do not have me in your corner. You really think [management] want some Brown boy Indian leading originations? If you don’t fk my brains out tonight, I’m going to sabotage your promotion.” The victim claims he felt compelled to comply out of fear that his career would be destroyed.

The lawsuit further alleges that Hajdini used substances, including Rohypnol, to manipulate the victim during these encounters. It claims she admitted to drugging him and using an additional substance to ensure compliance. According to the complaint, one such incident was overheard by a witness in a nearby room, adding weight to the victim’s account of coercion and distress.

In another alleged incident, Hajdini reportedly went to the victim’s apartment and made aggressive sexual advances. The complaint states that she made racially offensive remarks about his wife and forcibly engaged in sexual acts against his will. The victim, overwhelmed, reportedly began to cry during the encounter. Hajdini allegedly responded with the following statement:
“Stop f**king crying. You think anyone would ever believe you? You’re a f**king douche bag who thinks he’s hot s**t, but you can’t even get your d**k hard for me? What the f**k is this?”
