Anambra State born oil magnate, Chief Arthur Eze, has urged Ndigbo and Nigerians across all regions to rally behind President Bola Tinubu, in order to sustain ongoing reforms, strengthen national cohesion, and consolidate the developmental strides already being witnessed across key sectors of the economy under his administration.
Speaking in his Abuja home, yesterday, while receiving the National Executive Committee of the Relax Tinubu is Fixing Nigeria (RTIFN), who paid him a courtesy call, Prince Eze said the administration of President Tinubu deserves the support of all well-meaning Nigerians.
A statement released by the Head, Media and Publicity Directorate of RTIFN, Dr. Francis Chidozie Okoye, noted that Prince Arthur Eze was named the Grand Patron of the pro-Tinubu group during the strategic visit led by the South East Zonal Coordinator of RTIFN, Engr. Johnbosco Onunkwo, alongside the Director-General of the organisation, Alhaji Mohammed Bala, and other top national officers of the movement.
Okoye disclosed that Eze’s recognition as Grand Patron of the group was in recognition of his unwavering support for national unity, progressive leadership, and his longstanding commitment to the vision and leadership of President Bola Tinubu.
Speaking during the presentation, the Director-General of RTIFN, Alhaji Mohammed Bala, described Chief Arthur Eze as “a pillar of national development, an outstanding Igbo leader, and one of the strongest voices of unity and stability in Nigeria.”
He said, “Chief Arthur Eze has consistently demonstrated uncommon patriotism, generosity, and commitment towards the peace, progress, and political stability of Nigeria. His support for visionary leadership and inclusive governance remains admirable.”
Chief Arthur Eze, while accepting to be the Grand Patron of RTIFN, expressed profound appreciation to the leadership for finding him worthy of the honour, and specifically commended Chief (Engr) Johnbosco Onunkwo for his steadfastness in politics and humanitarian acts, assuring him that his own time will soon come.
In a major highlight of the visit, Chief Arthur Eze made a generous promise of a cash donation of $250,000 for the national engagements in support of Bola Tinubu’s re-election and, also, donated a Mercedes Benz 18-seater special bus valued at over ₦150 million to support the operations and nationwide mobilisation activities of RTIFN.
In a vote of thanks on behalf of the delegation, the South East Zonal Coordinator of the movement, Chief Johnbosco Onunkwo, expressed deep appreciation to Chief Arthur Eze for his exceptional show of support, describing the donation and encouragement as a major morale booster for members of the organisation nationwide.
He reaffirmed RTIFN’s commitment to grassroots mobilisation, strategic political engagement, and sustained advocacy in support of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and re-election in 2027.
The visit further underscored the growing alliance between influential political stakeholders, patriotic leaders, and grassroots organisations working towards strengthening national unity and supporting the continued transformation of Nigeria under President Tinubu’s leadership.
