President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday received the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX Group) Performance Report at the State House, Abuja, in a move that underscores the administration’s engagement with Nigeria’s capital market.
The report was presented by the Chairman of NGX Group, Alhaji (Dr.) Umaru Kwairanga, alongside the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Temitope Popoola.
The presentation provided the President with an overview of the Nigerian Exchange’s performance and developments within the country’s capital market, as well as the Exchange’s contributions to economic growth and investment.
The meeting forms part of the Tinubu administration’s ongoing engagement with key economic stakeholders as it seeks to strengthen investor confidence, deepen the capital market and support sustainable economic development.
