Kogi:They Entered Through The Back And FrontAnd Circulated Us,I Ran Away Through The Window-Alhassan

Farouk Alhassan, an eyewitness to a bandit attack on an orphanage in Kogi State, has narrated how armed men stormed the facility and forced occupants to flee for safety.…....

Speaking in an interview on TVC News, Alhassan gave a firsthand account of the incident, describing how the attackers overwhelmed the school from multiple entry points and threw the premises into chaos.

According to him, the bandits entered through both the front and back of the school, effectively surrounding the compound and trapping those inside. He said the attackers moved quickly, leaving little room for organised escape as people scattered in panic.

Alhassan explained that he initially attempted to rescue others but could not do so due to the intensity of the attack. He eventually escaped through a window and fled into nearby bushes for safety. He was quoted as saying: “They entered through the back of this school and front and circulated us. I ran away through the window. I entered inside to rescue anyone that I can take and run with but I was unable to do that so I followed the other door and came out and entered inside the bush.”
