Nollywood actor Emeka Okoye has announced the funeral arrangements for his late colleague, Cjay Nwoks, as family, friends and members of the entertainment industry prepare to honour his memory.
Okoye shared the announcement on Instagram on Friday, October 2, alongside the caption, “Forever in our hearts.”
According to the details released, a service of songs will be held in honour of Cjay Nwoks, whose full name was Chijioke Temidayo Nwokafor.
The service is scheduled for Wednesday, October 7, at 4:00 p.m. prompt. It will be held at RCCG Maranatha Church, Lagos Province 23, HQ Parish, 21-23 Layori Soetan Street, Oremiji Roundabout, Ifako, Gbagada, Lagos.
Guests attending the ceremony have been encouraged to appear in all-white attire.
In the funeral announcement, the family described the service as a time to “honour and celebrate his beautiful life, enduring legacy, and the precious memories he gave us all.”
The statement also reflected on the impact of his life, describing it as “a life so beautifully lived and deeply impactful.”
