The wife of late gospel singer Olayemi Bolaji, popularly known as Toluwanisings, broke down in tears while paying tribute to her husband at a memorial event in Ibadan on Tuesday.

The emotional moment occurred during the Night of Tributes organised by the singer’s friends and colleagues to celebrate his life and legacy following his death on October 14, 2026.

Dressed in an all-white outfit in keeping with the event’s dress code, the widow struggled to contain her emotions as she mounted the stage to speak about her late husband.

“Toluwanisings, my dear husband, I will forever miss you. Please do not forget your children and me,” she said tearfully, clutching the microphone.
