The award-winning musician advised first-time homeowners to keep their houses within a manageable size, suggesting that three or four bedrooms should be enough.

According to Sarkodie, building a massive house may not always be necessary, especially for someone putting up their first home. He encouraged people to focus on what is practical rather than feeling pressured to construct an excessively large property.

“Don’t be tempted to go big. Three to four bedrooms max is ideal,” Sarkodie advised.
