During an interview on SYMFONI, former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir Lawal said President Bola Tinubu’s personal lifestyle did not reflect the image of someone driven by luxury despite frequent public discussions about his wealth.
According to him, Tinubu was not known for lavish eating habits and often preferred simple meals instead of elaborate dining.
The former SGF also recalled that Tinubu was not particularly concerned about expensive clothing or carefully managed appearances before becoming president.
