Ronaldo buys $1.32m modified Mercedes-AMG G63 Cabriolet

Cristiano Ronaldo is back in the news off the field. This time, it’s for a luxury purchase that confirms his status as one of the world’s richest athletes.

The Portuguese star is known not only for collecting 971 goals but also luxury cars. Now, he has added a customized vehicle valued at approximately $1.32 million to his impressive collection—considered one of the most exclusive on the planet.

It is a modified Mercedes-AMG G63 Cabriolet, an extremely limited edition—only 20 units were manufactured worldwide—and specially adapted for the soccer player by Refined Marques, according to Athlon Sports.

It is a soft-top convertible—a rarity for a heavy SUV—with rear doors that open backward for easier access.

Additionally, it features details that make it even more unique and special for the Portuguese star: it is painted in yellow and blue, the colors of Al Nassr, and the door sills bear personalized plaques with his initials and jersey number “CR7.”

While a standard G-Wagon is already a luxury vehicle, this version is valued at approximately $1.32 million.

The purchase comes as no surprise given the Portuguese star’s financial clout. Following his successful career at clubs like Manchester United and Real Madrid, where he won multiple titles, his multi-million-dollar contract with Al Nassr and his personal brand “CR7” have reportedly boosted his net worth to around $1.4 billion
