A man has caused a scene at a telecom provider’s office after claiming his 150GB one-month data plan was exhausted in just six days.…....
According to him, the experience raised concerns, but he went ahead to renew the plan. However, he became more upset after the renewal when he said he was unable to check his data balance.
He questioned how customers can be sure they are not being shortchanged if they cannot verify their usage.
