Former Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar Adamu, on Friday formally submitted his Expression of Interest and Governorship Nomination forms for the Nasarawa State governorship primary at the All Progressives Congress, APC, National Secretariat in Abuja.
Adamu was accompanied to the APC headquarters by thousands of supporters.
DAILY POST recalls that Adamu had earlier presented his nomination form to former Governor Tanko Al-Makura.
Adamu will contest the Nasarawa State APC governorship ticket in a direct primary against Senator Aliyu Wadada, who has the backing of Governor Abdullahi Sule.
